Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with HJ Firepit. We are committed to delivering your premium outdoor furniture and fire pits safely and efficiently. Please review our specialized shipping and delivery procedures below.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for secure crating within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on our products globally (Please refer to the checkout page for exact country coverage). 

Please Note: Because our fire pits and concrete tables are exceptionally heavy and large architectural pieces, they cannot be shipped via standard air express. To ensure they arrive completely scratch-free and to keep shipping entirely FREE for you, all heavy items are securely transported via Ocean Freight directly from our manufacturing facility, followed by local LTL truck delivery straight to your door.

Because exceptional craftsmanship and substantial build take time to travel, please expect the following realistic delivery windows (Ocean Transit + Local Freight Delivery):
* United States: 30–50 business days
* Europe: 30–50 business days
* Other Countries: 40–60 business days

We provide comprehensive tracking so you can monitor your fire pit's journey across the ocean. We promise the premium quality and robust build of our pieces are well worth the wait!

Heavy & Oversized Item Delivery (Freight/LTL)
Due to the size and weight of our fire pits and concrete tables, most items are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight carriers to ensure safe transit. 
* Appointment Required: The freight carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
* Curbside Delivery: Standard freight delivery is "Curbside Delivery" only. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground at the end of your driveway or property line. They are not authorized to move the item into your backyard, home, patio, or garage.
* Inspection Upon Arrival: You MUST inspect the packaging and the product for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If any transit damage is found, please note it clearly on the driver's receipt and contact us immediately.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address and daytime phone number are 100% correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, or if the freight carrier cannot reach you after multiple attempts to schedule delivery. Any rerouting fees caused by incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
For standard parcel deliveries (smaller accent pieces), we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking carrier confirms it has been "Delivered" to your address. If you encounter any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
